Cannabis servings and transaction limitations
A single serving of a cannabis-infused product must not exceed 10 milligrams of active delta-9 THC. Additional tetrahydrocannabinol compounds other than delta-9 THC may be present in the product, but any single tetrahydrocannabinol compound other than delta-9 THC must not exceed 0.5 milligrams per serving, and the combined concentration of additional tetrahydrocannabinol compounds must not exceed 1.0 milligram per serving. A single package of cannabis-infused product meant to be eaten, swallowed or applied must not exceed 100 milligrams of active delta-9 THC.
